Job Title: Business Operations Director

We are seeking a seasoned Operational Excellence Leader to oversee our organization's operational activities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of professionals, enhancing productivity and efficiency by implementing strategic planning and process improvements.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing quality standards and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. They will also possess excellent leadership and team management abilities, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.

The Operational Excellence Leader will be responsible for:

The successful candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field;
  • At least 5 years of experience in business operations or a related field;
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities;
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills;
  • Proficiency in project management, resource allocation, and Microsoft Office applications;
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic plans, manage budgets, and coordinate supply chains effectively.
