Job Title:

Operational Excellence Leader

This is a pivotal role where you will oversee the daily operations of multiple food and beverage outlets. You will be responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.


  • You will lead and motivate teams to achieve operational efficiency, sales targets, and profitability.
  • Maintain adherence to hygiene, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
  • Implement high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSC).
  • Develop and manage staff schedules to optimize efficiency while maintaining cost control.
  • Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally to enhance guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level / Higher NITEC / Diploma with 5 years of experience as a Senior Restaurant Manager or 3 years of experience as an Operational Excellence Leader in the QSR industry.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Highly motivated, customer-focused, and a strong team player.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent project management skills.
  • Able to work 6 days per week, including shift work, weekends, and public holidays.
