Executive Operations Director

As the Executive Operations Director, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing daily operations to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with strategic goals. Your responsibilities will encompass managing manufacturing, logistics, IT, and service functions while driving performance, innovation, and continuous improvement.

  • Developing and executing operational strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Leading cross-functional teams across manufacturing, logistics, IT, and service departments.
  • Overseeing manufacturing, supply chain, and vendor management to optimize efficiency.
  • Streamlining workflows, implementing scalable systems, and tracking KPIs for operational excellence.
  • Ensuring effective customer support and resource management.
  • Collaborating with IT to maintain secure infrastructure and ERP systems.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulations and mitigating operational risks.
  • Partnering with leadership to align operations with strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:

This is a full-time, in-person, day shift role that requires a strong leader who can drive results-oriented outcomes. You will report directly to the CEO and oversee Manufacturing, Logistics, Warehouse, Service, and IT Managers.

A Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field; MBA preferred. Minimum 10 years of experience in operations management with proven leadership skills. Expertise in manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, and ERP systems. Experience in display manufacturing or related industries is advantageous.

Achieving operational excellence requires a deep understanding of process optimization, risk management, and regulatory compliance. In this role, you will develop and execute operational strategies that drive business growth and improve efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams, developing and implementing process improvements, and driving results-oriented outcomes. A strong leader with excellent communication and collaboration skills is required to succeed in this role.

In addition to your technical expertise, you must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with various stakeholders, including senior leadership, employees, and external partners.
