Job Overview:

TransPak Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Head of Quality Operations to lead our quality control team in ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety. The successful candidate will have a strong background in quality control and a proven track record of implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of quality control specialists to ensure continuous improvement and compliance with ISO 9001 standards.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with production staff to identify and address quality control issues.
  • Perform root cause analysis and formulate corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain quality control documentation and equipment calibration records.

Requirements:

  • Min. Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a quality control role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Good knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 quality control procedures and standards.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
