Product Development Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Product Development Specialist to support our product lifecycle from development to production release. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented individual to drive innovation and excellence in our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Full Product Lifecycle Management: The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire product lifecycle, from development to production release, ensuring seamless transitions and efficient processes.
- Collaboration with Teams: You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including test and production teams, to drive debug, qualification, and yield enhancement initiatives.
- Customer Engagement: The Product Development Specialist will engage with customers to understand their test and release requirements, ensuring our products meet their needs.
- Issue Resolution: You will collaborate with foundries and SAT houses to resolve production issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Reporting and Analysis: The successful candidate will generate guard bands, test limits, and provide yield/correlation reports to inform business decisions.
Requirements
- A degree or diploma in Electronics or Electrical Engineering is essential.
- The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of experience in Product/Test Engineering, with foundry process experience being a significant advantage.
- Strong understanding of digital, RF, and Mixed Signal test concepts is crucial.
- Experience with Advantest 93K ATE is highly valued.
- Data analysis skills and proficiency in tools like JMP, CEDA, DataPower, Optimal+ are required.
- Scripting knowledge (Perl/Java/VBA) and reporting automation are desirable.
- Excellent communication and independent working skills are necessary.
