About the Role:

We are looking for a talented HR professional to support our business operations, fully participate in human resources, administrative, and financial works. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in staff recruitment processes, processing monthly payroll, preparing HR documents, and handling accounts payable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in staff recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination.
  • Process monthly payroll and timely submission of CPF, IR21 & Yearly IR8A.
  • Prepare HR documents, including employment contracts.
  • Application, renewal, and cancellation of Employment Pass.
  • General office administration, including purchase and maintenance of office equipment, overseeing cleaning activities, managing calls/mail, hosting visitors.
  • Accurately and timely handle accounts payable.
  • Any other HR/Admin duties assigned.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Human Resource Management and/or related field.
  • At least 2 years of work experience in HR and administration fields.
  • Good knowledge of Employment Act, IRAS and MOM regulations and HR best practices.
  • Familiar with Singapore's Employment Ordinance is preferable.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A self-motivated, independent, and a good team player.
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin, and English.
