This role involves working on electronic products, including RF-related devices, to ensure they meet quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of electronics manufacturing processes and be able to troubleshoot issues at the component level.
Responsibilities:- Perform troubleshooting work with RF-related products down to PCBA level.
- Conduct box build and functional testing of sub-assemblies.
- Assemble and rework PCBAs with SMT components.
- Perform final assembly of electronic devices from sub-components.
- Build packaging for finished products.
- Set up and maintain test stations to ensure quality production.
- Assist engineers in building and testing prototypes, new products, processes, or procedures.
- Plan and lay out work to meet production and schedule requirements.
- Prepare production documents such as SOPs, batch records, inventory, and productivity reports.
- Perform debugging of PCBA.
- Perform other duties as assigned or directed.
- NTC/ITC in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
- Basic electronics knowledge, including digital components.
- At least 2 years of electronics manufacturing experience.
- Hand soldering skills with 0402, QFP components or larger.
- Experience with BGA rework stations is a plus.
- Proficient in reading circuit schematics.
- Able to start immediately or on short notice.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Positive attitude and equipment maintenance skills.
- Manual soldering skills down to 0201 SMT components.
- Proficiency with power tools.
- Ability to understand blueprints.
