Job Title: Electronics Manufacturing Specialist
About the Role:
This position is accountable for handling daily production escalation, providing technical support to production teams, and ensuring that systems meet shipment schedules as planned.
- To manage production issues effectively, including working with suppliers on quality and process continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns and implement corrective actions to resolve product defects.
- Work closely with design teams to develop new products, focusing on DFM (Design for Manufacturability) and DFT (Design for Testability).
- Develop manufacturing documentation, ECOs (Engineering Change Orders), and ensure their proper implementation.
- Support supplier quality and OOBQ yield by auditing supplier processes and implementing quality control measures if necessary.
- Contribute to the development of ICT and functional test setups, provide guidance on product repair and troubleshooting, and respond to transfer test solutions to PCBA suppliers.
- Represent manufacturing interests during PCA design reviews, providing input to design teams to ensure new designs meet requirements.
- Work with design and manufacturing system teams to introduce new designed tools to production, ensuring project timelines are met and ramp-up plans are fulfilled.
