Electronics Manufacturing Specialist

Our team is seeking a Production Specialist to join our dynamic production environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized and detail-oriented, and possess a strong work ethic.
Job ResponsibilitiesThe Production Specialist will be responsible for assembling, testing, and inspecting production units according to established work instructions and method sheets. This role requires the ability to prepare materials, operate machines, and perform label printing, encoding, and quality checks. Additionally, the Production Specialist will maintain accurate production records, follow safety protocols, and practice 5S housekeeping to keep the workspace organized.
Key Performance Indicators- Meet or exceed production targets and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date production records.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives.
To succeed in this role, the Production Specialist must have at least one year of experience in an electronics manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with fine, hands-on assembly and basic troubleshooting tasks. Additionally, the Production Specialist must be able to read and record production data accurately and possess basic arithmetic skills.
The Production Specialist must also demonstrate a positive, team-oriented attitude and be willing to learn and train others. Finally, the ideal candidate will be able to lift and move moderate loads as part of daily tasks.
