Perm Clinic Executive - Delivering Excellence in Patient Care
Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the operational and procedural readiness of our clinic, aligning with desired service standards. This role involves assisting patients throughout their journey, including accurate and timely registration, discharge, appointment bookings, cashiering, and responding to any enquiries related to insurance providers' information for billing.
This position requires a high level of organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure smooth daily operations. The successful candidate will also provide chaperone assistance to doctors/nurses and prepare consultation documents as needed.
Responsibilities- Ensure clinic operational and procedural area readiness based on desired service standards
- Assist patients throughout their journey, including registration, discharge, appointment bookings, and cashiering
- Respond to patient enquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Provide administrative support to the clinic manager as required
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
- A minimum degree in any field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience working as a Clinic Executive in private clinics or public healthcare institutions
