The role of a Frontline Healthcare Assistant involves working closely with healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care.
Job Responsibilities:
- Registration and greeting of patients
- Scheduling appointments and referrals
- Handling payments and patient inquiries
- Managing concerns and escalating when necessary
- Supporting ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum O/A Levels, NITEC, or Diploma
- Prior customer service/admin experience is preferred
- Comfortable with computers (registration, appointment scheduling, payment)
- Work Schedule: Weekdays 6:30am–7:30pm (8 hrs/day, rostered) & Saturdays 6:30am–1:30pm (4 hrs, rostered) - 44 hours per week
