We are seeking a detail-oriented and service-minded individual to join our team as a Patient Service Associate. As a vital member of our healthcare staff, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring seamless hospital operations.
About the Role:- Assist doctors in consultation rooms during patient reviews and treatments.
- Facilitate patients' visits by scheduling appointments, completing billing transactions, and addressing their inquiries.
- Greet and direct patients to the correct locations.
- Manage appointment schedules, ensure timely arrivals, and maintain accurate records.
- Handle billing transactions efficiently and effectively, minimizing errors and delays.
- At least GCE 'N' Level qualifications or equivalent.
- Work experience in customer service or healthcare industry is an advantage.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Service-oriented with excellent communication skills, able to interact with patients and colleagues professionally.
- Proficient in scheduling, coordination, and billing procedures.
