We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to deliver exceptional patient care, create a welcoming atmosphere, and provide administrative support in our healthcare facility.

About the Role

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting patients and visitors warmly and professionally, performing patient identifier and conducting triaging of patients to ensure they receive the appropriate level of care.
  • They will also respond to enquiries regarding services, appointments, and procedures, schedule and confirm patient appointments, ensuring accurate information is recorded.
  • Maintaining an organized and welcoming reception area, conducting patient registration by verifying patient information, and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and in compliance with regulations.
  • Providing financial counselling and explaining billing procedures and payment options to patients and families, collecting outstanding balances at the time of service, and coordinating follow-up appointments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet patients and visitors warmly and professionally
