Exceptional Patient Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate professional to join our team as an Exceptional Patient Care Specialist. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients and their families.
- This role involves providing exceptional patient care and support in a hospital setting, ensuring that patients receive high-quality care by providing orientation, assisting with daily tasks, and maintaining a clean environment.
- Collaborate with nurses to discharge patients safely and effectively, perform vital sign monitoring and record measurements accurately, transport patients safely and assist with transfers as needed.
- Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages while promoting hydration and nutrition, maintain accurate records of patient intake and output, change bed linen and patient clothing regularly.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A minimum of GCE N/O/A Level or NITEC/Higher NITEC equivalent qualification, recognized Certificate in Healthcare (Inpatient) WSQ Certificate in Healthcare Support (Nursing Care).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in a team environment.
