We are seeking a skilled Enrolled Nurse to join our team in providing high-quality patient care. Our ideal candidate will have experience in coordinating care, assisting physicians and nurses with bedside procedures, and maintaining collaborative relationships within the healthcare team.
Responsibilities:- Support Registered Nurses in coordinating care for patients
- Assist physicians and nurses with bedside procedures and treatment
- Communicate effectively with the multidisciplinary healthcare team
- Provide patient education on self-care management
- Attend to medical emergencies and provide support to nurses
- Clinical supervision of new enrolled nurses and coaching of nursing students
- Identify causes of patient safety incidents and participate in quality improvement activities
- Enrolled with SNB or equivalent certification
- NITEC in Nursing or State Enrolled Nurse Certificate
- At least 1 year of experience as an Enrolled Nurse in a relevant discipline
