This role is responsible for driving sales growth and executing strategic initiatives in the APAC region. Key responsibilities include developing effective sales strategies, analysing market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth, forecasting sales performance and setting quarterly and annual sales goals for the region.
To achieve this, you will be proactive and continuously engaged with all stakeholders in the region, conducting regular performance reviews and providing insights to your reporting manager. You will also build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the region, addressing customer/country specific needs and coming up with solutions to ensure business objectives are achieved.
In addition, you will monitor sales activities and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, preparing and presenting regular sales reports, including sales volume, revenue, and expenses. Furthermore, you will conduct market research together with country organisations to understand customer needs and preferences, identifying emerging market trends and adapting sales strategies accordingly.
The ideal candidate has an electric engineering major with sales/marketing experience in industrial sales and proven experience as a Sales Manager/Business Development Manager, preferably in a regional or similar role.
