Regional Business Growth Manager

The Regional Business Growth Manager is the primary representative of the organization, responsible for strengthening partnerships with clients and driving business expansion across South-East Asia and Oceania.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Buildeffective relationships with key customer contacts to identify opportunities for business development and growth.
  • Analyzecustomer supply chain requirements to develop strategies for business continuity and growth.
  • Develop and implement plans to enhance regional partnerships and achieve sales targets.
  • Manage multiple Global Key Accounts within assigned regions to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Achieve and exceed net sales and volume goals while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Lead in-country Key Account Teams to improve collaboration and operational efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in account management, with at least 5 years in regional account management.
  • Strong background in logistics or supply chain management required.
