Regional Marketing Manager

Job Description:

Develop and implement a regional marketing strategy that drives business growth, innovation, and sustainability. This involves translating global segment direction into regional initiatives, focusing on digital commerce and 4P strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams to implement marketing plans, drive collaboration, and deliver growth and efficiency.
  • Provide market insights to identify short- and long-term growth opportunities through competitive analysis and market assessments.
  • Align with global marketing directors on marketing priorities, initiatives, and objectives.
  • Partner with Product Management on asset planning to support business growth and drive new product introduction projects.
  • Develop and execute regional pricing strategies for relevant market segments to maximize growth and margin.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Business or Engineering.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the Chemical Industry.
  • Automotive experience is desirable.
  • Ability to travel when needed (20-30%).

This role requires a strong understanding of marketing principles, ability to analyze market trends, and excellent communication skills to drive collaboration across teams and departments.
