We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic sales planning and execution.
- You will develop and execute sales strategies with clear targets and KPIs to drive revenue and market share growth.

To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in machine tools, automation, or industrial solutions.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in market research and competitive analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with clients from China.
- A valid class 3 driving license with own car, willingness to travel locally and regionally.
