The Role:

As a Lead Generation Sales Manager, you'll oversee sales efforts across your assigned regions (Australasia & Africa).

You'll be responsible for acquiring new business and helping clients achieve their growth goals through our lead generation solutions.

This is a high-impact role that combines autonomy, strategic planning, and hands-on execution.

We're Seeking Confident Professionals With:

  • 3 to 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in digital marketing, lead generation, or media.
  • Some success working with clients in the Australasia & Africa regions.
  • Strong prospecting, pitching, and closing skills.
  • A deep understanding of business culture and commercial dynamics in your regions.
  • The ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams.
  • A strategic mindset with solid commercial acumen.

Earnings Potential:

Competitive total package with OTE between SGD 70,000 and SGD 100,000+ per annum.

This includes base salary and performance-based variable component.

Uncapped earnings potential for high performers.
