About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Engineer to join our team at 2060 K-T SARL France. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers on the use and maintenance of our equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with customers to identify and implement solutions to minimize downtime.
- Work closely with installation engineers to resolve problems and ensure seamless support.
Requirements
- Certified engineer or degree from an advanced technical school or ~3 years industry working experience.
- Strong understanding of software, electronics, optics, mechanical, electro-mechanical, and/or electro-optical systems.
- Experience working in the semiconductor, medical devices, defense, aerospace, or aviation industry is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven track record of engaging empathetically with customers and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Fluent in English and French language is a must.
- Full driver's license.
