Restaurant Operations Director
The Restaurant Operations Director is responsible for overseeing the daily functions of a restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service and maximizing sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage opening and closing procedures to ensure efficient operations.
- Co-ordinate daily restaurant management activities, including taking charge of phone reservations during peak hours.
- Deliver high-quality food and beverage service, meeting customer satisfaction standards.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and efficiently.
- Organize table reservations, provide menu advice, and meet with customers to discuss their dining experience.
- Oversee inventory levels, liaise with suppliers, employees, and sales representatives.
- Coordinate shifts, manage cash drawers, and petty cash.
- Perform administrative tasks and handle paperwork.
- Develop strategies to improve business operations, increase profitability, and enhance profit margins.
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff, promoting teamwork and a positive work environment.
