The Nanyang Technological University (NTU) is a research-intensive university with global impact. Our College of Engineering (CoE) at NTU Singapore comprises five internationally renowned schools, each with its own specialisation.

We are seeking an exceptional Strategic Outreach and Administration Manager to support and facilitate our outreach and admissions campaigns and activities. Stationed in the Dean's Office of CoE, you will execute the full spectrum of administrative and operational support for events, workshops, visits, seminars, talks, and learning journeys. Your role will involve coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and successful outcomes.

You will provide administrative and logistical support for the Dyson-NTU Studio, ensuring its smooth running and operations. Additionally, you will assist with post-event reporting and analysis of outreach activities to refine and improve future events. You will also provide administrative and secretariat support to the Associate Dean, Students (ADS), including appointment/meeting scheduling, documentation, report compilation, and submission.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage ADS's role-based email account and calendar.
  2. Provide full-spectrum administrative and operational support for outreach activities and events, including coordination, purchases, logistics, marketing communications, information collation, data collection, and analysis.
  3. Assist in planning and developing effective and engaging outreach events.
  4. Manage and execute outreach events on-site, ensuring their smooth running and participation.
  5. Update databases for outreach events and conduct post-event surveys and reporting to enhance future outreach activities.
  6. Promote the College's programmes to prospective students at outreach and admissions events/activities.
  7. Provide administrative and operational support to engineering schools on outreach activities and events.
  8. Offer full administrative and logistical support for the running and management of the Dyson-NTU Studio.
  9. Timely relay updates and changes to admissions and scholarship offers, along with accurate data processing, analysis, and reporting for team recommendations.
  10. Ensure timely and accurate collation of required information and inputs for submission.

Requirements:

  • Degree from a recognised university.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, combined with the ability to effectively set priorities and goals, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders of various levels.
  • Good project and event management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office skills.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of the higher education market in Singapore and Asia-Pacific region is advantageous.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
