Seeking a results-driven Community Outreach and Partnerships Manager to foster strategic partnerships, drive outreach initiatives, and promote awareness of our programs and services for stroke survivors and their caregivers.

About the Role

This full-time position involves collaborating with community groups and businesses to raise awareness of stroke detection, recovery programs, caregiving resources, and support services. The successful candidate will also serve as a liaison for our organization at relevant events, conferences, and meetings, strengthening relationships and creating new opportunities for collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Community Partnerships & Engagement:
    • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with community organizations, healthcare providers, and local stakeholders to expand our reach and services.
    • Collaborate with community groups and businesses to promote awareness of our programs and services.
    • Act as a liaison for our organization at relevant events, conferences, and meetings.
    • Work with the Programs team to coordinate and facilitate outreach activities and workshops.
  • Marketing & Communications:
    • Develop and execute marketing strategies to raise awareness of our services, programs, and events across various platforms.
    • Create compelling marketing content, including social media posts, brochures, and flyers.
    • Design and implement targeted campaigns that highlight our mission and services.
    • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Stakeholder & Donor Relations:
    • Support fundraising efforts through outreach and partnership development.
    • Engage with current and potential donors to communicate the impact of their contributions.
    • Maintain a database of community contacts and partners.
  • Program Awareness & Education:
    • Partner with healthcare providers and other professionals to ensure the community is informed about available resources and services.
  • Reporting & Analysis:
    • Track and report on outreach and marketing efforts.
    • Use data to inform decision-making and refine future outreach strategies.
Requirements
  • Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, community outreach, or partnership management.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to think strategically, creatively, and independently.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and basic digital marketing tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong project management skills.

We offer a competitive salary of SGD $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package.
