Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Youth Outreach Coordinator to join our team in developing and executing impactful outreach programmes for schools and youths. This role will involve building relationships with educational institutions, designing engaging programmes, and driving partnership strategies with key stakeholders.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engagement and outreach strategies to promote sustainable commutes among youths across all levels.
  • Design and manage programmes such as workshops, exhibitions, and content development to spark interest among youths in promoting more sustainable commutes.
  • Drive and develop partnerships with educational institutions, teachers, and other stakeholders to advance our school outreach objectives.
  • Manage and track relevant data to measure the effectiveness and impact of our school outreach efforts.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Communications, Education, Marketing or related fields.
  • At least three years of experience in marketing communications, exhibition design, content development, pedagogy design, and/or stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong problem-solving, networking skills, and excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Passion for education and youth development.
Estimated Salary

S$75,000 - S$90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
