The Property Maintenance Manager will oversee the daily maintenance operations of the property, including supervising maintenance staff, managing equipment maintenance, conducting preventive maintenance, and organizing repair activities. Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing and planning maintenance services, schedules, and improvement works for smooth operations for all properties
  • Leading and guiding maintenance teams on day-to-day facilities management services to ensure productivity and efficiency
  • Oversight of facilities management and maintenance systems (fire safety, security, M&E, pest control, etc.) to ensure they run smoothly and safely
  • Supervising work carried out by the team and contractors to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and timely completion

  • Monitoring maintenance contracts, compliance renewals, warranty periods, efficiency, and lifespan of equipment
  • Planning, monitoring, and developing cost control measures on maintenance budgets

  • Staying updated on regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to property maintenance and management
  • Providing advice and recommendations on improvement works
  • Liaising and coordinating with agents and relevant parties on leasing of properties
