Senior Financial Director Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Director to join our team in Singapore.

About the Role

The APAC Investment and Accountability Senior Financial Director will be responsible for delivering commercial advantage for a select group of clients across the region. This will involve working closely with the client teams on a consistent and transparent approach, leveraging operational trading best practices. The successful candidate will demonstrate internal and client leadership, commercial acumen and vision, and inspire the Activation teams to deliver a cohesive, proactive approach to investment solutions which helps the clients business grow.

Key Responsibilities
  • Negotiation and Activation Leadership
    • Develop negotiation strategies and go-to-market philosophies for select clients
    • Support annual client negotiations to ensure optimal outcomes
    • Ensure consistency in activation processes across markets
    • Foster market-leading reputation for excellence in Groupe's activation capabilities and media partner relationships
    • Contribute to development of new and enhanced Justification Briefs (JBPs) for clients, incorporating Groupe strategic benefits
    • Manage client KPIs, tracking value and performance
  • Client Leadership
    • Exceed client investment KPIs
    • Manage media auditing processes and attend client audit meetings
    • Support client leads in managing activation-related issues
  • Internal & External Relationship Management
    • Collaborate with team leads to ensure efficient operations and high client satisfaction
    • Contribute to an investment community that delivers learnings, opportunities, and a performance-led culture
    • Track and meet agency PMX Media Partner targets
    • Adhere to PMX's best practice briefing and negotiation process
Qualifications
  • 8+ years' experience in media
  • Expertise in Office platforms: Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Proficiency in media investment tools
  • Market and industry knowledge - historical and current
  • Strong financial management skills and business acumen
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
  • A strong collaborator and mentor
