As a strategic business partner, you will be responsible for driving people strategies and initiatives that enable our teams to perform at their best.

Key responsibilities include executing HR initiatives and processes, ensuring the team is made up of highly engaged, passionate, and disciplined individuals who live the Cotton On Group values, and contributing to the delivery of P&P goals.

You will work closely with customers to execute HR initiatives that drive people and function performance, provide general advice on HR practices, and support them in dispute resolution.

Additionally, you will provide specialist support to advise and coach customers and internal stakeholders on people management and processes, inspect compliance to local and industry legislation changes, and take action as needed.

Skills required for this role include great communication, culture champion, personal effectiveness, initiative, problem-solving, accountability, curiosity, drive for results, commercial acumen, develop people, and judgement.

Desirable skills include coaching, talent development, Microsoft Excel, talent acquisition, legislation, workforce planning, succession planning, employee engagement, strategy, employment law, dispute resolution, accountability, employee relations, performance management, and people management.

This role requires someone who is commercially savvy, has strong analytical skills, and can work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
