The _People and Organization Development Specialist - COB/LED_ has a combined responsibility to support Company Onboarding processes as well as the Learning Experience & Design function for regional locations. They will be responsible for facilitating Company Onboarding, analyzing Newbie progress and providing them with support, guidance, and feedback throughout Company Onboarding. COB/LED specialists are also at the forefront of learning experience design for CS, Global Operations and in support of other learning partners within Wise. They are the living engine behind functional onboarding, continuous learning, train the trainer initiatives and any other project that enables and promotes a learning culture within Wise.

**ACCOUNTABILITIES**:
**LEARNING EXPERIENCE DESIGN & DELIVERY (50%)**:

- Be a P/OD brand ambassador, knows all P/OD products and directs employees on learning and development opportunities available to them
- Deliver Onboarding as well as general Learning content in person or virtually as designed and collaborate as appropriate with the other P/OD teams
- Design and develop impactful content for various learning formats (including Lessonly) and for performance support, for use in instructor-led residential or virtual programs, as well as for on-demand/blended programs, including written content and multimedia, across channels and technology.
- Support the evaluation of learning initiatives and continue to build data sets to inform and guide the learning experience strategy.
- Contribute to other projects and initiatives of the People Development team.

**BUSINESS CONSULTANCY & ORG DEVELOPMENT (30%)**
- Owning any existing or to be developed LED Team products (eg Learning Festival, Wise Guides framework) and continuous improvement of them based on user feedback.
- Employ project management skills and tools to manage multiple medium to large-scale projects from analysis through delivery concurrently.
- Drive utilization of evaluation and performance data to support data-driven learning solutions.
- Assess, develop, and implement networked learning solutions that assist the business to meet strategic initiatives and future growth.
- Measure impact and quickly revise content/modality to address specific feedback, as needed.

**STAY UP TO DATE (10%)**:

- Help advance our global function through exploring new learning design, driving innovation, piloting and assessing state-of-the-art tools and technology.
- Conduct instructional research and analysis on learners, develop and evolve formats and templates, integrating learning principles.
- Actively contribute to the design of new features and enhancements to our learning platforms and tools.

**DEVELOPS (10%)**:

- Takes part in offered training initiatives that develop skills which are needed in this position.
- Shows initiative to take on additional learning opportunities that would help them develop their skills.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**

**About you**:

- Experience with authoring tools (eg Storyline), learning management systems (eg Lessonly) as well as visual/graphic design, interactive pdfs, and multimedia production
- Experience in training facilitation
- Awareness of current design trends and a strong eye for design and layouts, passion for high quality and visual appeal
- A passion for meeting people and driving high-energy in-person workshops facilitating fun and engaging activities.
- Organized and capable to work within deadlines, scheduling and prioritizing appropriately
- Proficiency in project management and design thinking
- Strong creative analytical and problem solving skills, with ability to rapidly pick up new frameworks and concepts
- Experienced working in virtual international environments with hybrid teams
- Bachelor's degree or higher (or equivalent experience), ideally related to adult learning
- 1-3 years of people and organization development experience within a service-oriented company
- Excellent English; other languages requested in certain locations
- Able to travel globally as needed
