**Get to Know the Team**:
As part of the broader People Operations team, the People & Organisational Development (POD) team comprises four main teams that work collaboratively towards driving and sustaining greater performance in Grab:

- Performance and Culture (PxC) - drive continued performance improvement of Grabbers and teams while embedding and strengthening the Grab Way culture
- Learning - build the skills of all Grabbers required to perform and live out the Grab Way culture
- Organisational Development (OD) - develop the organisational capabilities of Grab to ensure sustained performance
- Engagement and Inclusion (E&I) - Strengthen the engagement of Grabbers towards each other and Grab, while building an inclusive workplace for all Grabbers

**The Day-to-Day Activities**:
Work with the Engagement and Inclusion (E&I) team to
- Shape the overall strategy, portfolio of initiatives, and priorities to strengthen
- Engagement - build a stronger bond between Grab and Grabber, strengthen connectivity between Grabbers, and tackle everyday frustrations faced by Grabbers
- Inclusion - nurturing diversity AND inclusion across all diversity segments and businesses in the context of Grab's culture, diverse country cultures, laws, and regulations.
- Develop the plans for specific initiatives and execute on them

**Learning Objectives**:

- Deepen understanding of inclusion, and how to balance driving for greater diversity while strengthening inclusion
- Develop a portfolio of initiatives and prioritizing amongst them for impact
- Ability to execute including skills such as implementation planning, stakeholder management, and communication

**The Must-Haves**:

- Passion for inclusion
- Undergraduate in Human Resources, Business, Arts & Social Science, or other relevant courses
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
