Job Summary
This role acts as the liaison officer for learning & development initiatives such as training, sponsorship programme and internship programmes; organizing internal and external training programmes that addresses employees development needs and managing the new hires orientation.
Responsibilities
- Support implementation of Company Wide Training Programmes by organising suitable programmes for employees addressing indicated training needs.
- Assist in planning annual training budget during budget exercise and ensure training Expenditure is kept within training budget.
- Managing LMS administration and ensuring accurate training records and content updates
- Provide support to employees enquiries on the client's Education Sponsorships and source and recommend relevant academic programmes, if required.
- Administration of programme enrolment, payment process and manage the required training bond documentation as well as manage and monitor the Education Sponsorship budget.
- Support in the planning and organising of the New Hires Orientation Programme and other company initiatives
Requirements
- Minimally Diploma qualification or Degree in Human Resource
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant HR experience, with good understanding on Singapore Employment Act.
- Prior experience in Workday will be an advantage
- Excellent communication with multiple stakeholders and the ability to engage them
- Positive attitude and people-oriented
- Meticulous and detail-oriented
- Good team player with the ability to work independently
