
People and Organisation Development Specialist

**Responsibilities**:
- Support organisation design related matters, e.g. management of job inventory, organisation charts, job descriptions, job evaluation, etc.
- Support and work alongside relevant stakeholders to design or review the organisation structure that address business challenges and manpower needs (where required)
- Support and mirror workforce planning related activities, e.g. tracking of personnel cost budget and utilisation, manpower planning cycle, etc.
- Independently analyse and identify process gaps and/or improvement opportunities within HR functions and dashboard (e.g. for budget and utilisation tracking personnel costs, training spent, etc.) to improve reporting
- Support talent management initiatives and the administration of these programmes, including but not limited to graduate programmes, talent classification, succession planning, etc.
- Support in-country EPICC culture by designing and executing initiatives and overall engagement
- As one of the point persons for SGHRMM and Group reporting by consolidation and standardising reporting format and materials
- End-to-end project manage (e.g. plan, administer, track and monitor) various new and on-going projects across all HR functions; has matrix reporting to all Heads of Units within HR department and Head of HR
- Liaise with external vendor(s) where applicable in designing and executing HR projects/initiatives (e.g. bottom-up feedback, leadership development programme, engagement programme, etc.)
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration or management, human resource, psychology, or any related field, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience in human resources practice, ranging from external to in-house consultancy, and reasonable HR operational experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Technical HR Knowledge - Knowledge of human resource practices in banking industry or various industries in the domestic and international landscapes
- Analytical and Conceptual Thinking - Ability to think on their feet and be able to put forth argument on people-related matters based on HR best practices
- Project management and/or programme management skills and experience working in or managing a PMO overseeing a small/medium/large portfolio of projects, preferably on HR Transformation
- Strong MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) skills
