People Development Specialist

This role is responsible for delivering strategic people development initiatives that promote an engaged workforce. The ideal candidate will have expertise in employee engagement, learning and development, performance management, and talent management.

About the Role

The successful candidate will lead the development of strategies to enhance employee engagement, knowledge sharing, and collaboration across the organization. They will work closely with senior stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into actionable plans that drive employee growth and productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive people development programs that meet the organization's needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and coaching programs
  • Analyze data and metrics to evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the field of human resources
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have a strong background in human resources, with expertise in areas such as employee engagement, learning and development, performance management, and talent management. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and colleagues at all levels of the organization.

A bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field is required, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. You should be certified in a relevant HR specialty, such as SHRM-CP or HRCI PHR/SPHR.
