**Role: Senior People Operations Specialist**

In this role, your mission as a Senior People Operations Specialist will be to deliver support across the full spectrum of an employee life cycle, from onboarding to offboarding. In your role, you will be part of a global and enthusiastic People Operations team, working side by side with local and regional HR BPs and HR Directors.

What you'll do at UiPath:

- Coordinate and manage people operational business processes (onboarding, terminations, absences, labor contracts, addenda, etc.) for APJ countries across North Asia (Korea, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan), Southeast Asia (Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia), Australia and New Zealand.
- Expand your expertise by acting as a back-up for other countries / regions, such as India & Japan (primary), EMEA and AMER (secondary).
- Partner with the global People Operations team to support various projects in areas such as: data integrity, process standardization, process automation, process documentation, etc.
- Partner closely with HR Partners on global and regional process execution.
- Ensure accuracy of employee-related data in our HRIS (Workday).
- Administrate internal/local tools.
- Prepare HR documentation (letters, certificates, references, etc.) and ensure all documents are updated (audit of employment contracts and addenda, personal documents, etc.).
- Participate in projects that aim to improve HR processes.
