**_ Vestiaire Collective is looking for an People Operations Specialist to join our APAC People team in Singapore._**

**About the role**

Based in Singapore, the People Operations Specialist will oversee our APAC regions, taking direct charge of the daily HR operations within our local offices. This role involves ensuring seamless process execution in alignment with our company's core principles and values. Our swiftly expanding APAC offices encompass locations such as Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, China, Vietnam, and more on the horizon. Reporting directly to the VP People and Legal Counsel APAC, you will play a pivotal role in this dynamic environment.

**What you'll do**

**Onboarding and Offboarding operations**
- Coordinate with Paris and Singapore People team to support onboarding procedures which includes welcoming new joiners
- Support with work permit requirements for expatriate staff
- Support on offboarding procedures, including arranging exit interviews, and collection of all equipment and termination documents

**Administrative operations**
- Assist in a variety of administrative tasks (draft contracts, amendments, working certificates) and payroll management
- Ensure personnel actions are compliant with VC policies and procedures, contract requirements, regulations, and local labour law
- Maintain personnel records in accordance with VC documentation requirements
- Serve as the main "go-to" person for a rapidly growing team and help whenever necessary
- Champion employee engagement and Company culture initiatives, reinforcement of internal communication and employee relations
- Work closely with the reporting lines to contribute on various HR topics
- Stay connected to the HR group community and develop/share local initiatives
- Provide ad-hoc reporting
- Manage teams' calendars by organising internal and external meetings accordingly

**Who you are**
- 3 to 5 years experience in the field of HR (Operations, administration, legal)
- Autonomous, well-organised, pragmatic and problem-solving
- Excellent communication skills, self-starter, attention to details, drive and efficiency
- Fluency in English (additional language skills are preferred)
- Team player, flexible and adaptable
