We are seeking a highly motivated and organized People Operations Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to gain broad exposure to key functions of People Operations in a fast-growing, collaborative environment.
As a People Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for the daily operations of HR functions. You will support day-to-day People Operations activities and contribute to initiatives across recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and office administration. Responsibilities include:
- Supporting daily HR operations and ensuring smooth execution of key People processes
- Maintaining and updating employee records and information in our HR systems
- Assisting with benefits administration and helping coordinate new and existing employee programs
- Helping manage onboarding and off-boarding processes, ensuring a great employee experience
- Supporting office operations including equipment and asset tracking, and liaising with vendors
- Assisting in organizing company events, engagement initiatives, and team-building activities
- Contributing to the review and upkeep of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance
- Coordinating business travel arrangements, including bookings, itineraries, and travel-related documentation for employees
- Taking on ad-hoc HR and office-related tasks to keep the team and operations running smoothly
