Job Summary

The People Operations Specialist plays a vital role in supporting the organization by providing expertise in human resources management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with management and business unit heads to meet HR needs, ensuring employees adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Evaluate reports from the HR team, team leaders, and operations managers to assess employee performance and training requirements.
  • Develop recommendations for policy changes based on employee and business needs, aligning with industry standards and labour laws.
  • Create recruitment plans, interview schedules, and evaluation criteria according to HR best practices and legal requirements.
  • Oversee all HR activities, communications, reports, requests, and documents, including onboarding and exit interviews.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong computer skills and experience with office management and communication software.
  • Excellent leadership, training, and development skills.
  • Strong decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Expert knowledge of employment law in Singapore, including labour laws set by governing authorities and organizations.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.
