Chalo, let's goWe are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and people-focused People Operations Specialist to support our growing EMEA team. In this role, you will play a critical part in delivering a smooth and welcoming employee experience across the entire lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, with a particular focus on running new hire orientation sessions tailored for EMEA time zones. Your responsibilities will include coordinating and executing core People Ops processes across the EMEA region, owning and facilitating new hire orientation sessions, acting as the point of contact for employee questions, managing country-specific leave policies, updating employee records in HRIS systems, ensuring seamless onboarding setups, assisting with People programs, maintaining compliance with local labor laws, and contributing to process improvements as we scale.The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in People Operations or a similar role, experience supporting employees across multiple EMEA countries, excellent communication skills in English, organizational skills with attention to detail, familiarity with HR systems, collaborative and empathetic nature, ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for building a great employee experience. Some travel may be required for this role.Salaries for this position vary by country, with ranges specified for Portugal, Bulgaria, and India. There will be a probationary period before the opportunity for conversion to full-time employment, with varying durations by country.
