About the Role

This role is a fantastic opportunity to support the MSc Programmes Office's finance-related and administrative matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budget Support and Reports: Monitor monthly marketing and operational expenses of the office, prepare monthly and quarterly programme costs reports by Programme and Intakes and financial year.
  • Finance Support: Provide procurement support, including submitting Approval of Request (AOR) on behalf of the requestor, raising catalogue Purchase Order (PO) in the SESAMi system, submitting PO variation reports for purchases exceeding approved PO, and assisting the requestor on procurement compliance matters.
What You'll Need
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
  • Qualifications: Relevant degree or equivalent experience, proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
