Enrichment Programme Overview
The Enrichment Programme Coordinator plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the smooth operation of our programmes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Attending to all customer enquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Disseminating accurate information regarding our programmes and services.
- Providing clear and helpful guidance to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Supporting administrative tasks and ensuring seamless operations within the department and centre.
- Managing payment collection, invoicing, and fee tracking for enrichment programmes.
- Maintaining accurate records of student enrolment, payments, and outstanding fees.
- Organising logistics for local and national competitions with the internal department.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Able to commit on weekends.
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Mandarin.
- Enjoy working with children and in a child-focused environment.
- Prior experience in customer service or administration is preferred.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills, with attention to detail.
- Able to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Proactive, dependable, and confident in handling parent interactions and resolving issues.
