Programme Operations Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled Programme Operations Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of our conservation programmes across the region.
About the Role
The Programme Operations Specialist will work closely with our programme teams to provide operational support and oversight, coordinating with department heads, project managers, and external stakeholders to drive new programme development and lead programme reporting.
- Employ WWF project management principles, tools, and practices to partner with programme teams towards successful completion of milestones.
- Monitor programme progress and bring forward potential issues and possible solutions in collaboration with project managers to the leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
The Programme Operations Specialist will be responsible for:
- Providing operational support and oversight across the entire programme management cycle.
- Coordinating with department heads, project managers, and external stakeholders to drive new programme development and lead programme reporting.
- Focal point for Environmental and Social Safeguards Framework for the WWF-Singapore office.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Management or a relevant field.
- At least 10 years of financial/programme management experience within an international organization, audit firm or charity with complex donor requirements.
- Excellent knowledge of project accounting and programme operation management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, data visualisation tools and comfortable working with large data sets.
