Programme Operations Specialist

This role is responsible for driving optimal programme experience and operations through policy and process reviews in training environments.
The successful candidate will work closely with vendors, users, and stakeholders to ensure seamless operations for current and future business needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement policy and process improvements for better programme experiences. This involves:
- User and stakeholder engagement to elicit users' needs
- Collection and analysis of operational data
- Development of operational workflows and procedures e.g. circulars and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Supporting users to onboard revised policies and processes through designed interventions e.g. briefing sessions, job aids
- Supporting the delivery of virtual, blended, and classroom learning interventions as part of evaluating the effectiveness of policies and processes.
- Providing regular updates and reporting to management, highlighting key findings, recommendations, and progress towards operational goals.
- Familiarity with training operations and support for training programmes and events;
- Strong critical thinking skills to connect the dots from multiple data points, identify root causes, and propose next steps or solutions;
- Interest in engaging different groups of vendors, users, and stakeholders, and communicating clearly with them;
- Excellent project management capability – anticipating issues, planning interventions, and ensuring timely deliverables.
