About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Growth Strategist to join our team in Singapore. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and expansion in the region.

Job Description
  • Work closely with the Business Development Manager to develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy for Singapore, leveraging your expertise and network to identify new opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with consultants and key accounts, identifying business opportunities through regular customer visits and developing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Manage individual sales pipelines and provide regular, accurate sales forecasts to ensure effective planning and resource allocation.
  • Support the development of innovative solutions for HVAC, shifting from product-centric sales to holistic solutions encompassing systems, services, and controls.
  • Provide technical support to consultants and key accounts, including equipment selection, system design, heat load estimation, and troubleshooting.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for campaigns and services, and develop unique selling propositions and differentiators that set us apart.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry codes and standards, providing updates to customers and stakeholders as needed.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop plans for new product launches, ensuring effective promotion and visibility in the market.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree in Engineering or Science, preferably with relevant industry experience.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant sales or business development experience, with a proven track record of driving growth and revenue expansion.
  • Fresh graduates may be considered; training is provided to ensure successful onboarding.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
