  • Attend to and anticipate all guests' queries and needs
  • Provide recommendations on nearby amenities and assist guests in making travel and tour arrangements
  • Manage guests' accounts and apartment availability in the system
  • Perform simple bookkeeping and make reservations
  • Respond to all queries through walk-ins, calls, and emails
  • Handle and record resident feedback and complaints

Requirements:
