We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Business Development and Sales professional. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and development across the region.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and expansion across the region
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, market research, and other means
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics

What You'll Need:
- A degree in Business, Sales & Marketing or related discipline
- Proven experience in business development and sales, preferably in the financial services industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin (to communicate with Chinese-speaking partners). Additional Asian languages would be a plus
