Regional Expansion Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated leader to drive our regional expansion across Southeast Asia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute student recruitment strategies for postgraduate and executive education programmes
  • Identify and activate new markets, education trends, and growth opportunities
  • Represent the organization at education fairs, industry events, and strategic partner engagements
  • Build and maintain partnerships with universities, corporate clients, education agents, and government agencies
  • Negotiate articulation, dual-degree, or franchise agreements to expand market presence
  • Ensure that programme offerings are aligned with local needs and workforce trends
  • Establish and manage local operational structures or offices, where needed
  • Provide performance and market analysis reports to HQ in Singapore
  • Localise and roll out marketing campaigns in collaboration with the organization's HQ marketing team
  • Strengthen brand awareness through digital platforms, alumni engagement, and media outreach
  • Lead info sessions, webinars, and preview events to drive visibility and enrolments

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related discipline, with minimum 5 years of experience in international education, student recruitment, or business development in the ASEAN region.

They will possess strong networks in the education ecosystem of Southeast Asia, proven track records of market expansion and cross-border operations, excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills, and be proactive, resourceful, and able to operate independently across multiple markets.
