Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled project manager to oversee the renovation of interior spaces.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Renovation Project Planning: Develop comprehensive plans for the renovation project, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
  • Project Management: Oversee the entire renovation process, including contractor management, site visits, and quality control.
  • Team Supervision: Lead a team of professionals in executing the renovation project, maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
  • Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the renovation process, ensuring minimal disruption to stakeholders.
  • Post-Construction Issues: Manage post-construction issues, including defect rectification and client satisfaction.
  • Documentation Review: Review and endorse subcontract documents, progress claims, and other related documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Project Management Experience: At least 2 years of experience in managing renovation projects.
  • Interior Fit-Out/ A&A Works: Experience in interior fit-out and alteration and addition works.
  • Negotiation, Budgeting, Leadership: Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with ability to manage budgets and lead teams.
  • Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel: Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Construction, Agile, Risk Management: Understanding of construction principles, agile methodologies, and risk management techniques.
  • Compliance, Project Planning: Familiarity with compliance regulations and project planning best practices.
