We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Renovation Project Manager to oversee and manage the successful completion of renovation projects from inception to completion. This role requires a strong background in construction management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple aspects of renovation work. The Renovation Project Manager will be responsible for managing timelines, budgets, contractors, and quality assurance for each project.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Planning & Coordination**:Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with architects, designers, and engineers to ensure project requirements are met.
Oversee procurement and ordering of materials and equipment.
- **Budget Management**:Manage project budgets and ensure costs are controlled throughout the renovation process.
Identify potential cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality standards.
Approve vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.
- **Team Management**:Supervise and lead project teams, including subcontractors, laborers, and other involved personnel.
Organize daily operations and allocate tasks effectively.
Maintain strong working relationships with all project stakeholders.
- **Compliance & Safety**:Ensure that all work complies with local building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations.
Monitor safety standards and enforce workplace safety protocols to prevent accidents.
- **Client Communication & Reporting**:Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Provide regular updates on project status, including progress, delays, and issues.
Ensure client expectations are managed and met.
- **Quality Control**:Monitor the quality of work and ensure that renovations meet or exceed industry standards.
Conduct site inspections and reviews to ensure project milestones are achieved.
- **Problem-Solving**:Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the project.
Implement corrective actions to keep projects on track and within scope.
