Project Manager - Renovation
About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our renovation projects from start to finish. The successful candidate will have strong site management, coordination, and supervision skills, as well as excellent technical knowledge and experience in construction/renovation projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage renovation and construction projects ensuring timely completion, within budget, and meeting safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Supervise site progress, materials, and workmanship, coordinating with relevant parties to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Conduct regular site inspections and document defects, implementing corrective actions to maintain high-quality workmanship.
- Prepare and manage shop drawings, project schedules, and reports, communicating effectively with stakeholders.
- Support risk assessments and communicate safety measures to workers, ensuring a safe working environment.
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors and workers, handling Variation Orders (VO) and other assigned duties.
- Relevant technical knowledge and experience in construction/renovation projects, including familiarity with building codes and regulations.
- Strong site management, coordination, and supervision skills, with ability to manage teams and work in both office and site environments.
- Familiarity with safety, quality standards, and risk management practices, with ability to implement and maintain high-quality work processes.
