Job Title: Site Project Manager (Renovation)

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to oversee our renovation projects from start to finish.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Oversight of all project stages, ensuring timely completion and quality standards.
  • Collaboration with engineers, architects, and stakeholders to define project requirements and specifications.
  • Client liaison for exploratory meetings, briefings, and site visits.
  • Attending site meetings and conducting regular site inspections to monitor progress.
  • Preparation of tender documents and procurement of necessary permits and licenses.
  • Handling all project paperwork, including permit applications and compliance documentation.
  • Development of project timelines, objectives, and work methods for efficient execution.
  • Maintenance of project records and provision of regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Identification of opportunities for process improvements and cost optimization.
  • Leadership of construction teams on-site, ensuring effective task delegation and coordination between subcontractors and in-house workers.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Architecture or Building Discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in the renovation and construction industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Technical knowledge of renovation and construction projects from start to finish.
  • Able to work independently and adapt to changing environments.
  • Effective communication skills for collaboration with colleagues, clients, and subcontractors.
